Glenartney Guest house(click here for self-catering terms and conditions) A deposit of one night’s accommodation is required to secure the room reservation, if the deposit is not received within 7 days of the booking we will assume it is cancelled. If you need to cancel your reservation more than 3 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded only if we are able to fill the room allocation. We do not refund deposits for special offer bookings.. A cancellation charge of £5, to help cover bank and administrative expenses, will be made. Should you cancel or shorten your reservation within 3 days of the date of arrival the balance must be paid in full. For group bookings, the party leader is responsible for making all payments to us. If a cancellation is made for a person sharing a room, the full room rate still applies. We don't accept groups of more than 8 people, hen or stag parties. We regret we cannot accept responsibility for any damage or loss as a result 'force majeure' (such as industrial disputes, adverse weather conditions and all events out of our control). Any damage occurring to Glenartney property, fixtures and fittings, other than acceptable wear and tear, will be charged to the guest responsible. We recommend that you take out travel insurance which covers your UK break. |
