Woodlea CottageA deposit of £200.00 is required to secure the cottage, if the deposit is not received within 7 days of the booking we will assume it is cancelled. Should you wish to cancel your reservation more than 60 days before the arrival date. The deposit will be refunded only if we are able to fill the cottage for the dates booked. A cancellation charge of £10, to help cover bank and administrative expenses, will be made. The balance is due 60 days before arrival date. If cancellation is made within 60 days of the arrival date the accommodation balance will only be refunded if the vacancy can be filled any additional expenses incurred to fill the booking will be deducted from the balance. £100.00 housekeeping deposit is charged to our first time guests and will be refunded within 7 days of departure with any damage costs deducted. Any damage occurring to Glenartney property, fixtures and fittings, other than acceptable wear and tear, will be charged to the guest responsible. ( we have never had to do this!) We regret we cannot accept responsibility for any damage or loss as a result 'force majeure' (such as industrial disputes, adverse weather conditions and all events out of our control). We recommend that you take out travel insurance which covers your UK break. |
